MNH, opened for $2.50 and two bidders took it up to $3 (Sept 00).  Note that this is a very interesting time series - three stamps offered for sale within a couple of weeks of each other, with values declining $11.50, $6.05 and $3 - it would seem to suggest a very thin level of demand for such stamps, with each successive copy attracting fewer remaining bidders.  Quite likely, however, if another copy comes on the market in three months time, it will attract offers much higher that the $3 level of this last current transaction.
