Opportunities to buy, sell, or exchange stamps

I'm not a professional stamp dealer, I'm an "ordinary person" - that is, if "philatelic phreaks" can ever be considered ordinary!

But as a result of overly indulging in my hobby (not that I'll admit this to the wife!), I have quite a few spares and duplicates that I'd love to be able to exchange for stamps that I don't have, or, failing that, for cash that I can then turn around and spend on more stamps!

Like most of us, I have few zemstvos and not enough money to get lots more!  But if you have some of the lower value zemstvos that you're looking to trade or sell at a fair price, please let me know and maybe we can work something out.  :)

I've got a lot of duplicate stamps, mostly low value (don't we all!) but also some more interesting and special items too.

If you have a general want list, please send me a copy and I'll see what I can fill for you.  It isn't practical for me to list all the stamps I have duplicates of, but if you send me a want list I can quickly work through it.
