Russia issued a variety of stamps in Turkey between 1863 and when the post offices closed down on 30 September, 1914 (Russia and Turkey were on opposite sides during World War 1).  Scott has a section on "Offices in the Turkish Empire" at the end of their main Russian section.

MH, opened for $75 and two bidders took up to $78.  Scott values at $222 (Aug 01).

S 111-7 eBay MLH opened for $6 and six people bid it up to $30.50.  Scott values at $24.80 and two people bid over this amount (June 00).
S 208  
S 213-5, 217-220 A mix of MLH and used, opened for $1 and three people bid up to $1.50 (Aug 00).
S 215 eBay described as used, two blocks of four.  Opened for $3 and three people bid it up to $6.63.  Scott values each stamp at .15c (June 00).  Note the lovely ROPiT cancel on the right hand block and not quite so distinct on the left hand block - definitely the factor that increased the value of these stamps.
S 223 Used.  Opened for $7.50 and sold for that price.  Scott values at $7 (July 00).
