1919. One of the earliest (Belarus) edition of local revenue stamps in RSFSR. Very small circulation and for a short time. The text is in Belarussian (first time on stamps). Very rare set. I never seen such set in offer.

Opening bid was $100, sold for $103.50 (May 00).

Armenia Revenue Stamp 1922 :  1rubl grey on yellowish paper without gum issued in Nakhichevan (Armenia) at 1922. These provisional stamps (there where two values more: 3rubls and 10rubls) have been used temporarily as a change at the inflation period just in Nakhichevan only. Small circulation for a short period. Very scarce and rarely offered.

Opening bid was $1, sold for $21.50 (May 00).

eBay described as : Russia/Ukraine local revenue stamps - 1923. Just after inflation period. Special local edition for usage at the Ukraine only. The text in Ukrainian (one stamp in Russian). Very scarce set. Some different color.  Opened at $150 and closed with no bids (May 00).
eBay described as "Set of 10 local revenue stamps issued in Kharkov 1924 for cooperation between villages and towns. The value from 1copec thru 10rubls(!) The high value stamps 3rubls and especially 10rubls are very scarce because issued in a very small circulation."  Opened for $50 and three people bid it up to $87 (June 00).
