eBay selling both the regular stamp on the left, MNH, and the variety on the right which has the ochre color omitted entirely, MNG.  Opened for $35 and closed with no bids.  Michel values the 191F at 300DM (about $135) (Aug 00).
S 212 error eBay described as "Brown design shifted. Very lightly hinged. Very scarce error, rarely offered."  Opened for $25 and closed with no bids (June 00).
S 212 error eBay described as "Black frame double printed. Very lightly hinged. Russia net catalog (V.Liapin, Moscow) $100.00 Very scarce error which is seldom offered."  Opened for $70 and closed with no bids (June 00).

The 70R error in the sheet of 100R stamps.  MNH, opened for $7 and four bidders took up to $16.00.  Scott values at $30 (Sep 00).
