S 83 error eBay described as "Mint never hinged stamp with preprinted large crease setenant with normal stamp. All errors on 25kop stamp are scarce or rare especially setenant with normal stamp."  Opened for $15 and sold at that price (June 00).

S 87 err Described as "This error known as "grey rubl" have grey groundwork instead of brown. In addition to this error all elements of the picture are shifted."  Opened for $25 and three bidders took up to $37.66 (Oct 00).
S 89 unlisted variant eBay described as :  Pair double perforate between. Mint never hinged. Very seldom offered. Reduced start price. Estimate $50.00 (See list realized Cherrystone auctions).  Opened for $15 and closed with no bids (I guess no-one has a list of Cherrystone realised auction prices!).  Neither Scott nor Michel or SG make any mention of double perfing in this set of stamps (June 00).
S 98 unlisted variant eBay described as :  Pair double imperforate between. Mint never hinged. This value with such error is much more rare as the same error for low values. Rarely offered. Estimate $75-85.00 (See list realized of Cherrystone auctions).  Opened for $25 and closed with no bids (June 00).  See comments for S 89 above.
